Raya dah nak dekat pun masih cerita pasal biskut raya ka?? =D..

Biskut ni saya rasa agak famous gak la (iye ke?). Rasanya kalau singgah mana2 tempat jual biskut raya, mesti ada Snow Almond ni.. dan mungkin jugak ada yang tukar nama..

Sesiapa yang suka rasa gabungan kopi+coklat memang akan suka biskut ni (cam saya =D). Husband saya bila disuruh rasa biskut ni, die boleh kata "tahun lepas kan dah rasa.." chett!! sabo aje la aii.. takpe bang, tahun depan aii akan buat lagi biskut ni sebab aii loiikee!! =D



SNOW ALMOND
(Source - Kak Baya RN. Original: Zubaidah Che Pa)

Ingredients A
* 225g butter
* 100g castor sugar
* 1/2 tsp coffee essence
* 1 egg yolk

Ingredients B
* 200g all purpose flour (sift)
* 50g nestum (grind finely)
* 2 tbsp coffeemate
* 70g tapioca flour
* 40g ground almond

Deco
* Cooking chocolate
* White breadcrumb

Method
* Cream butter & sugar until fluffy
* Add in egg yolk & coffee essence
* Mix Ingredient B together. Add bit by bit into butter mixture
* Roll the dough with rolling pin.
* Cut dough with cutter of your choice
* Bake in preheated oven at 150C for about 20 minutes.
* For deco, dip cookie in melt cooking chocolate and roll on breadcrumb
